At LiveGMP, we provide intangible, digital subscriptions (Pro Plans) that provide immediate access to premium market data and AI insights. Because these services are delivered instantly upon activation, we follow aStrict No-Refund Policy.
Once a subscription is activated, it remains valid for the entire duration of the chosen billing cycle (e.g., 1 month). We do not provide prorated refunds if you decide to stop using the service before your subscription expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to "Pro" features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the "Free" tier. No further charges will be made.
In the rare event of a duplicate payment due to a technical glitch, please contact us at kumamanverma@gmail.com within 24 hours with your transaction details. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate transaction if verified.
